At Wheat, we want you to love your sustainable fashion pieces; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging and include the printed packing slip to ensure our warehouse team can identify your return.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
